Cindy Adams
Cindy joined the TrueBlaze team to make tax preparation as seamless as possible for clients while helping them optimize their goals. A tax compliance specialist, she focuses on individuals, trusts and family investment partnership regulations. She has experience in family-owned businesses and succession, estate and gift-tax planning. In fact, she is the accountant for her own family’s business.
Cindy is a longtime resident, volunteer, and ardent supporter of the Center Grove community. She and her late husband, Keith, along with their children and grandchildren, graduated from or are attending Center Grove schools. At one time, she regularly cooked pregame and two-a-day meals for the entire high school football team — that’s about 150 players. She still cooks lunch for the coaches every Sunday during football season, and her family cheers on the Trojans at games and at wrestling meets, show choir performances, musicals, and other events.
A 1986 graduate of Purdue University, she’s a big fan of the Boilermakers, too. Attending the 2001 Rose Parade and watching Purdue play in the Rose Bowl Game is one of her family’s favorite experiences.
Cindy unwinds by spending time with friends, her Boston terriers (Lady and Bella), and her growing family, which includes her daughter Melissa, son-in-law Adam, two granddaughters, son Matt, and daughter-in-law Sara, who is expecting their first child (a boy!) in April. She also loves traveling (especially on cruises or any warm-weather destination) and reading (her last great read was A Grace Disguised by Jerry Sittser).
Cindy is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Indiana CPA Society.
