    Step 1: Onboard & Understand

We kick off with a structured onboarding process that includes gathering the right information and understanding how your business works. This sets the foundation for accurate, efficient, and stress-free accounting.

Step 2: Align & Clean Up

Next, we review and clean up your books, reconcile your accounts, and make sure everything is accurate and aligned. This is where we turn raw data into something you can actually trust.

    Step 3: Reveal & Reset

With your books cleaned up, we deliver your first set of accurate monthly financials—on time and easy to understand. Then we sit down for your Initial Strategy Session: a focused meeting where we walk through key insights, show you how to effectively use your financials in daily operations, outline your near-term tax strategy, and flag any past tax opportunities worth fixing. It’s the foundation for smarter decisions and fewer surprises going forward.

After onboarding is completed, we will enter into our regular cadence of providing you monthly reports, regular check-ins, an annual strategy session, and year-round tax compliance work.
